Soyka

Soyka

We remember when Soyka first opened over ten years ago back in 1999. The story goes that Mr. Soyka originally bought the location to store his classic automobile collection, but then decided to open a restaurant! At the time the surrounding neighborhood was not as popular as it is today, but people flocked from all over Miami because the atmosphere and culinary experience at Soyka was so outstanding.

Try the Crab Cake starter with the Spicy Remoulade Sauce, and the burgers and sandwiches are fantastic. Soyka also offers a few vegetarian and healthy dining options as well. See below for full menu details.

To get there, just walk north on US1 (also called Biscayne Blvd) for about 3 or 4 minutes. Then cross Biscayne Blvd (very carefully), and Federal Highway. Soyka looks a little run down from the outside because it used to be an old railway station but just look for the Soyka sign on the rounded corner of the building. Don’t let the look of the building fool you… inside it is a beautiful, modern looking restaurant.
